🤩 French organic free-range egg with fricassee of pertuis green asparagus and morels in vin jaune sauce.

This organic orange riesling, Les Voisins Blanc 2016, from wine producer Jean-Yves Péron in Savoy, France tasted so perfect with this dish!

My favourite pairing at @ecriture's weekend lunch menu so far. It made me feel so happy.
